The team at Custom European really save me money! I took my car in to the dealership for a free oil change and safety inspection. They told me I needed an $800 repair to my car. I took it to Custom European for a 2nd opinion and to compare prices. If Custom European had to the do the repair, they would have only charged $650 for the same work and parts. After looking at what supposedly needed to be fixed, they said that the car was fine. They showed me the parts the dealer was talking about and pointed out how there really was no problem - that the dealership was just looking to make some money. Now, I never take my car to the dealership, only Custom European. They are fast, explain everything to me before doing the work and exceptionally friendly. And I LOVE that they have a Mercedes loaner car for me to use! Awesome experience every time!

For single women, finding someone that you can trust to work on your car can be nerve wracking. There have been times that I have gone into a mechanic and actually thought I could hear a cash register racking up the charges! This was until I started going to Custom European. Tim is just a nice guy and he won't steer you wrong. He doesn't recommend unnecessary repairs, he is very thorough and every time I leave there, I have peace of mind that my car is running the right way. I totally trust Tim and his crew and that's key. Do you worry that your car mechanic isn't honest, is running up the bill or doesn't really know how to fix your car? The Art of Customer Service Great shop and awesome customer service. You will never want to take your car anywhere else again. You will work directly with Tim the owner through the entire process, he is a great mechanic, and runs a clean and honest shop. They have loaner cars available, though I had arranged for a ride from a friend.

I had the rear suspension rebuilt on my old BMW and the work was the same as it has been for the last 34 years there, excellent!! One thing most people don't know, about any repair shop, is the need for special tools to work on a vehicle. When you walk in the shop, look around and you will see cabinets everywhere and most are full of just special tools required to do a specific job on your vehicle as well as regular tools most of us have. That's not all, they are all trained and have years of experience repairing cars with these tools.
